Dorsey Innovative Products, LLC is the designer and innovator of Snapryn™, a proprietary adhesive disposable apron system developed and commercialized exclusively by Dorsey Innovative Products, LLC. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Orders and Purchases
Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Dorsey Innovative Products, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud-detection systems.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available upon request and is governed by a separate pricing agreement.
Payment
We accept payment methods as presented during checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale pricing for distributors, foodservice operators, and institutional buyers is available upon submission of an inquiry. Pricing, terms, and fulfillment details will be provided by a sales representative within one business day of inquiry receipt. Bulk order terms may differ from standard retail terms and will be outlined in a separate written agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly following confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies promptly.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the hygienic, single-use nature of Snapryn™ disposable aprons, returns of opened product are generally not accepted. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
Unopened, undamaged cases may be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, product designs, and the Snapryn™ trademark, is the property of Dorsey Innovative Products, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
